If you are ordering from outside of the US with a credit card from a bank also outside of the US, we ask that you first check this list of countries to find out whether or not we will be able to try and process the order for you.

There are certain countries that we are unable to get address verifications from for Visa and MasterCard. Without address verification to the card used, we are unable to process orders. Hence, some countries are excluded:

Your order is sometimes an easier process if you chose to use an American Express card. American Express has a much easier and quicker verification process.

When an international credit card is used, we first call into the Merchant Services of the type of card used to put in a request for address to card number verification. To get a return response from them can take 48-72 hours.

In addition, we choose to use the Unites States Postal Service for shipping outside of the United States. They are most cost effective and have begun offering tracking.

But most importantly: The receiver is responsible for paying for their own countries duties, taxes & customs charges.
