Return Policy
Returns and Exchanges
 
We hope that you will be 100% satisfied with your purchase.  Please notify us of damaged merchandise within 72 hours. Please call 1.877.578.1730 during our business hours, Mon-Fri 8-5 PST (excluding holidays) and a
customer service representative will help you with your return and/or exchange.

Most products may be returned and/or exchanged within 30 days as long as they are unworn, unwashed and with original tags and packaging.  Opened, non-defective bedding (sheets, dreamsacks, pillows, comforters, and duvets etc.) are not returnable for reasons of health and hygiene.  

Customers are responsible for securely shipping and insuring products returned to DreamSacks, Inc.
When sending your return please place the merchandise in a box with your original invoice, and then mail it back to the address below.  

For a return and to apply a credit, we need the credit card number and expiration date of the card used to make the purchase. Without your invoice or invoice number we cannot obtain the original credit card number used to apply the credit.

For an exchange, please circle the item you are returning and write the item that you would like to exchange it for. Please include the item number, color and size that you would like. Any additional charges incurred will be charged to the original card used. If there is a credit, it will be processed at the time of exchange.
All exchanges will incur the charges of the additional shipping back to the customer.

Things to keep in mind…
  • Items purchased during a sale or at a discount are not returnable or exchangeable.
  • Merchandise sent back to DreamSacks, Inc. inside of 30 days after the date of purchase can be returned or exchanged.
  • All credit card refunds will be placed on the original card used for purchase.
  • Please allow 3 weeks from the day you return your package for your account to be credited.
  • Allow 1-2 billing cycles for the credit to appear on your statement.
